What is eSIM? Which devices support it?

eSIM is a digital SIM built into your device—no physical card needed. Compatible devices include iPhone XS and newer, select iPad Pro/Air models, Pixel 3 and later, Samsung S20+/Note20+/Z Flip/Fold series, and more. Check your device settings for 'eSIM' or 'Cellular' to confirm compatibility.

How fast will I receive my eSIM?

Your QR code arrives via email within 1-2 minutes after payment. You can also view it in 'My Account > Orders'. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or click 'Resend' from your order page.

How do I install and activate?

On a compatible device, open your camera or settings to scan the QR code and add a cellular plan. Follow the prompts to install the profile, then enable 'Cellular Data' and set your new plan as the default for data. Restart if needed.

What should I do before and after arrival?

We recommend installing the eSIM before your trip (activation happens upon first use). After landing, enable mobile data and data roaming. If you're not connected, toggle airplane mode, manually select a local carrier, or enter the APN from your plan instructions.

Can I get a refund or change my plan?

eSIMs are digital products and non-refundable once delivered. If you haven't activated it yet and need to adjust your plan, contact our support team for assistance.

Select your destination and data plan from the homepage or plans page, enter your email, and complete payment.

Receive QR Code

Your eSIM QR code arrives via email within 1-2 minutes. You can also view and resend it from 'My Orders'.

Install & Configure

Scan the QR code or manually enter the activation code to add a cellular plan. Enable cellular data and data roaming after installation.

Start Using

After landing, turn off airplane mode and keep data roaming on. If not connected, try manual network selection or configure APN per plan instructions.
